While helping Voice of Customer (VoC) teams at big companies, I kept seeing the same thing: 95% of the real insights were buried in customer conversations. But everyone was busy looking at surveys and stale dashboards tools that looked good but didn’t really help.
Customer support teams were overwhelmed. Product teams were flying blind. Leadership thought they had a pulse on the customer, but they didn’t. And the platforms out there just made things more complicated.
That’s when I decided to build SentiSum.
We started in 2021 with a small team and a clear goal: make it easy for companies to understand what their customers are saying at scale, in real time, and in a way that actually drives action.
We built our own NLP engine, focused on automating feedback analysis across every channel and finding the patterns that matter. Not to add another dashboard, but to help teams see the stuff they couldn’t before and fix it.
Since then, we’ve grown. Brands like Gousto, Schuh, BAT and Ticketmaster use SentiSum to get to the root of customer issues faster and make better decisions every day. But honestly, we’re just getting started.
